Equipment for strain measurement and 3D laser scanning of springs in free and loaded (up to 10 t) condition
The equipment is designed for automatic non-contact laser control of spring geometry both in free and loaded (up to 10 t) condition.
The equipment allows controlling the quality of the spring manufacturing process. The user can scan the springs after each technological operation: winding, hardening, tempering, grit hardening, etc. The geometric dimensions are controlled at each scan and the cloud points are saved to the database. Thus the user is able to compare the geometry of the spring, its statistical analysis and control the drift of power and linear characteristics during the technological process and operation.
The equipment allows measuring the force characteristics of springs, and scanning geometry of the spring under load and comparing it with the unloaded spring or spring under a different load.
